Since opening its doors in January 2012, the Stoke branch has grown from strength to strength. Servicing the largest and most densey populated Goodchild's tettitory the branch is the best performancing sales branch in the group for properties instructed and sold.

Ran by Managing Director, Robert Norton, the branch specialises in residential sales, residential lettings, new build part exchanges, land valuations and new build sales. The office boasts spacious multi floor facilities in Hanley town centre. 

"I started out as an apprentice lettings negotiator at our former head office in Wolverhampton. Within thj epast 10 years I have learnt every aspect of property transactions working my way up learning both the sales and lettings market. Taking all the experience that I learnt in Wolverhampton I opened my own branch in Stoke, recognising that it was a large area and had plenty of opportunity to utilise my sales and lettings knowledge within the residential and investment market. Since opening our doors we have sold 100's of properties and now have 100's of properties under management.
