I would like to submit an on-line review: I have been with Goodchilds for some years now as they have let and managed a property I have. I've experienced different tenants along the way and have had occasion to use the non-payment of rent facility as part of my management package. This was stress-free for me and made the whole experience more manageable. The team have also been very helpful in finding new tenants when existing ones move on.
