The office relocated back to Brownhills in May 2014 to a prime location on the High Street, located on the corner of a busy roundabout leading to 5 main locations, ample parking behind the office. Run by Managing Director Anisa Patel, the branch specialises in sales, lettings, valuations, financial services, mortgages and conveyancing, and so is certainly your one stop shop for all things property.

The branch was recognised as ‘Exceptional’ by the Estate Agent Masters, sponsored by Rightmove, in 2017. The ‘Exceptional’ award honours the top 5% of estate agency branches in the country. For those agents who show an outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients.

All members of staff within the branch show consistent great customer service and work closely with each individual client on a one to one basis, in order to really understand their needs and aims and work on a one to one basis, supporting clients through every step of the way.

I would like to submit an on-line review: I have been with Goodchilds for some years now as they have let and managed a property I have. I've experienced different tenants along the way and have had occasion to use the non-payment of rent facility as part of my management package. This was stress-free for me and made the whole experience more manageable. The team have also been very helpful in finding new tenants when existing ones move on. Located within the West Midlands Brownhills is located on the edge of Cannock Chase and near lake Chasewater. Brownhills became linked to the canal and railway networks in the mid-19th century and quickly grew from a hamlet of just 300 inhabitants to a town of a population of over 13,000.

Within the last decade the local authority started a regeneration programme which has helped with providing better transport and leisure facilities. The lifestyle of living in Brownhills and the surrounding areas is ideal for families. There is Chasewater steam trains and reservoirs ideal for family walks and bike rides as well as Holland Park which has open spaces for ball games and bike rides. There are also three secondary schools within a 5 mile radius. Brownhills also has an excellent community centre which caters for all ages from toddler groups.

 Brownhills is served by the A5 and is close to the M6. The area is also connected to nearby locations such as Walsall, Cannock and Birmingham by bus. Brownhills School provides education to all children aged 11-16, and there is also a former Grammar School located just outside of Brownhills in Walsall Wood.
